The safety of our employees and customers is the most important aspect of our operations. Our commitment to safety is the foundation of our strong safety culture, can be seen in reduced injuries and lost-work days, and serves as a leading indicator of our strong project performance. All HEPACO personnel receive extensive training, including industry- and customer-specific training.
HEPACO employs a team of full-time health and safety professionals who regularly communicate safety alerts and near-miss and actual incident reports and provide safety awareness education. Our inspection teams routinely conduct random site audits of HEPACO offices, warehouses, and project locations, and include audit reporting with required areas for improvement. We also partner with our insurance carrier to analyze data, identify trends, and recognize potential problem areas to prevent future accidents.
