MERGER CREATES PREMIER ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES COMPANY IN EASTERN US

HEPACO has acquired Environmental Management Specialists, Inc. (EMS) in an agreement announced December 17, 2018. HEPACO’s acquisition of EMS brings together two exceptional teams to create the premier environmental services company in the Eastern United States with unrivaled talent, capabilities, and coverage across 40 regional service centers.

Our commitment and dedication to our clients remains unchanged. We’ll continue to consistently deliver the Amazing Customer Experience you’ve come to know and expect, while doubling down on our efforts to recruit and retain Best-of-the-Best personnel. All members of the EMS Team will continue in their current roles at the combined company, and the leadership of both companies will now work together to share best practices and drive excellence across all locations, all service lines, and all markets.
