Scott Metzger is a well-known and respected environmental expert who brings nearly 30 years of operational management experience to his role as President and Chief Operating Officer. Having served previously as a Field Technician, Project Manager, Director and Senior Vice President of an emergency services division.
Robb Schreck has served as the finance executive with complimentary leadership experiences in the areas of general management, supply chain, sales and service. Robb has a depth of experience with industrial product and service companies and a proven track record leading teams to achieving results in an array of business conditions. As CFO Robb is responsible for all aspects of the finance function including accounting, financial reporting, planning and forecasting, audit, treasury, tax, in addition to information technology and procurement. He partners with the CEO and the leadership team to develop strategic plans, attain operational and financial goals, develop talent, expand process capabilities, and increase shareholder value.
Bob May has 27 years in the environmental industry and has progressively served in various positions throughout his career. He started his career with IMS Environmental Services which was acquired by HEPACO, LLC in 2005. Bob is a licensed geologist in Virginia and North Carolina. Bob has served as a past board member of the Spill Control Association of America and has been a member of local LEPCs in his community.
Tim Acri has more than 30 years of experience providing services in emergency response, site remediation, demolition, construction, oil and gas, and earth-moving projects. He has served as a field technician, site supervisor, project scientist, project manager, division manager, Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and President. Tim also draws upon experience from a 13+ year military career serving as a U.S. Navy Seabee.
Sam McDonald has over 25 years experience in Human Resources, as well as personnel and systems management, in a variety of industries and settings. His experience ranges from serving as a Personnel Director, Chief of Staff, Human Resources Generalist, and Vice President for Human Resources in both “for profit” and “nonprofit” settings.
